Hi all. My mum has advanced alzheimers and has had a diagnosis of liver cancer. Between myself and a team of drs we have agreed that mum wouldn't cope with any treatment that would be involved.
I'm sorry to hear your mum has been diagnosed with liver cancer and that you've come to the difficult decision with the doctors that your mum would not be able to manage with treatment. I can't begin to imagine how diffcult that must have been but remind yourself that the decision was made with your mum's best interests at heart.
