I'm so sorry to read your post. It sounds like you're feeling totally overwhelmed with everything.
Does your Dad, or your Mum, have a specialist nurse that you are able to contact for advice about accessing additional support for either/both of them? It may be that they are able to help arrange someone to do some of the practical aspects of caring for Dad if that is something that you are currently undertaking or that there may be an organisation that is able to arrange for Mum to have a befriender visit so as to give you some time and space.
If neither of them has a nurse that you are able to contact then get in touch with their GP surgery and I'm sure they will be able to help.
