My Dad has stage 4 Lung Cancer which 3 months ago had almost all but gone. Last week it returned with a vengence and has spread to my Dads Liver, Pleura, through the blood etc...

His Sodium levels are at an all time low and we think he is now facing just weeks left with us.

Regardless, we were blessed with sharing 1 last Christmas together which I will be eternally thankful for. 

The Cancer officially started in June 2015. At this stage we were thinking he had just 6 months. Eighteen months later he is still with us, having battled courageously.

Cancer has its ups and downs but through Love our family and friends have remained strong with hope in our hearts.
