Hi, I am writting this for m uncle who is having lung cancer(a non smoker). after the biopsy test last month, our family doctor comfrimned that he is having lung cancer. everyone here is really shocked after this report(he is really a good person)
For his job, he shifted from Dundee and settled here in Montreal. He was metalurgy expert and worked here in a Cobalt mine. I was checking the possibilities for Sueing the employer for his loss as I came to read that heavy metals can cause lung cancer. While researching on this topic I got this site www.campisilaw.ca/.../ explaning about Cancer disabilities.
Is there any scope for Compensation or another kind of disability benifits? If anyone here has any knowledge about any similar case please help us.
Thank you for your time.
