My father is an X-pat pensioner living in spain, he has terminal cancer..  He has been married to his brazilian wife for 3 years.  I want him to return back to England so his family can help her look after him so she can continue to work and pay for their lifes.  The problem is she needs to be here in order for us to help, and we don't know how she can be in england unless he's earning money, can some one please advise me if there is anyone I can call for advise on how we can get him back to the UK with his wife, so we can spend more time caring for him.  I already called the British embassy but the receptionist told me they couldn't help. human rights lawyer? immigration lawyer? not sure has anyone been in this situation, seems quite tricky.
