That's a really broad question. There's loads of help available depending on what you need? 

From understanding her health (the leaflet attached) to where you can get a grabber because she can't bend anymore. 

I don't know if you will return to the forum but I would urge you to make contact with your local hospice . They are the experts in cancer care if you want a holistic approach and  ould signpost you to a variety of different types of support from symptom management to practical help
