Hi, my boyfriend has just found out that there's no more treatment available for his stage IV lung cancer. There's a very small chance he can be a guinea pig on a new drug trial and his onc is looking into that.
Apart from just being with him when I can (we don't live together) I don't know what to do or think. Everything just seems like a cliché.
He's been given a prognosis of weeks and months rather than years.
