HI looking for advice on how to support my friend who was told today that the breast cancer she has got has spread to her liver in three places. Just need advice on how to support her please
Welcome to the forum laney although I'm sorry to hear that your friend's cancer has spread.
Maybe you can try taking your lead from your friend so when she wants to talk about what she is going through she will let you know and just being with her when she needs you is good too. Also I thought this might help as it has information about cancer that has spread to the liver.
Although you may not realise it you are already supporting her by coming here to seek advice. Many of our members have been in similar situations with their friends and loved ones and I'm sure they will pop by soon to offer their advice and share their experiences with you.
