Hi everyone my husband is on zoladex for prostate cancer and struggling with the side affects.Anyone on here had the castration option? Is it the better option?
As someone who had two years on Zoladex I can sympathize with your husband. But I would just like to say this. Coupled with the 37 radiotherapy sessions It brought my psa down from 70 at diagnosis to 0.01so has for me proved to be very good treatment Yes I suffered the side effects but I have come to regards them as a small price to pay for the results Ive had for I believe they have saved my life.
