How lovely to have a friend like you.  Just go on being that special person.  Treatment today for so many cancers has come on in leaps and bounds and there is plenty to be optimistic about. Please come and chat anytime and let us know how your friend is. 

I am sorry to hear about your friend. I hope you are doing ok. I see it's a while since you posted. My husband has bowel cancer (diagnosed in September) so if you ever need a friendly ear I am here x
