My name is Brian (woodworm) and I thank you for sharing your story with us. I also had hormone therapy (zoladex) for two years for prostate cancer. I suffered hot flushes, emotional moments, loss of libedo ect I had the therapy monthly to start with then I went on to 12 week injections. I was told if zoladex didnt siut me there was an alternative which suite some men better fron the view of them having less side effects so before your dad agrees to anything drastic I would get him to ask his gp  about this.
