My dad has terminal bowel cancer and is in hospital at the moment receiving end of life care I'm really struggling with lots of different things at the moment. I am staying by his side 18 hours or so a day usually all night as other family members can only help during the evenings and at weekends due to work etc. 

Dad has been told there is no treatment as he is not well enough, and they have also found a blood clot in his main artery so we are just trying to make him as comfortable as possible, he has terrible dihorrea which is very embarrassing for him and I am at a loss what to do
