Welcome to the forum though sorry for the reason for finding yourself here.  When my husband was diagnosed I found this forum and its a great place to put down  thoughts and feelings which are not always easy to explain to those not going through the journey with loved ones. I hope you will find some support here as people do understand the emotional rollercoaster a cancer diagnosis brings both to the sufferer and those close to them.  Jules54 

Hi I'm sorry to her about your brother, I lost my husband (51yrs)  to brain cancer in March he fought hard (6 months) but it's too strong.  I'm sure your all feeling All very alone, hard to take the news in. It's difficult to know how to help your brother but Having gone through this terrible horrendous time my heart goes out to you all. If you want a chat a rant a ear to listen just reply. Brain cancer is one of the worst as it changes a person so so sad xx

Hi caz1090, im so sorr.y to hear about your husband.  i sadly lost  my husband to brain cancer GMB4   in march this yesr at the age of 51. He had two operations in january but couldnt be awake due to the amount of terrible seizures hie was having. The operstion went ss well as it could but sadly he wasnt well enough to get the rsdiotheraphy after so the cancer had free rein,  he out up a strong fight but this disease changes the oerson who i loved to the moon and back. He never got home again - his dying wish.  I felt very alone during the situation we were in, as the professionals dont know enough about the brain. If i can help you with any questions you would like to ask if i can i will give you my exoeriences.I know what your going through and it is so sad. I miss my husband every minute of the day. You will find the strenght from somewhere embaprace everyday with guts and you do what is right for you and your husband. We only get one chance enjoy he time you have, remeber eberyine is individual. Xxxx

Thank you for your support just taken my husband to hospital ready for his operation first thing tomorrow morning asked for everyone to stay away and he'll ring when he wants us all to visit finding this really hard but have to respect his wishes just want tommorrow to be over and done with x

He is in good hands i really feel for you as ive been there myself. My way of coping was not to look too far ahead and take eachday as it comes. Be strong take care hugs x

It is a terrible thing and the feeling of powerlessness overwhelms us. Hope you can find some solace in this forum as I have - it's good to know that people really understand the pain these situations brings. I just say never give up hope you never truly know what's going to happen. Take care x
