Welcome to the forum Mikey76-only54, although I'm so sorry to hear how unwell you've been during the night.
Unfortunately nausea and vomiting are quite common side effects of chemotherapy but if you're worried about how often you're being sick make sure you speak to your medical team and/or GP as they will be best placed to advise and look after you.
Hopefully some of our members who have had chemo for oesophageal cancer will stop by soon to offer their support and advice but if you'd like to speak to one of our cancer nurses about this, you can give them a call on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m. They're very easy to talk to and will do all they can to help.
Experiencing side effects from treatment is tough but we're here for you Mikey, and are sending all our strength and support your way.
Kind regards,
Steph, Cancer Chat Moderator
Mikey I feel so sorry for you that I just had to drop you a line ,you really don't need to put up with the sickness ,I've heard people say to take the sickness medications they offer even if you don't feel sick at the time as it will keep it at bay ,but as the moderator says maybe let someone know like your GP or medical team ,I really hope you get well Mikey , Best Wishes ......
