Has anybody on this drug had memory loss as my friend is on Tagrisso osimertnib,she has been on it 1 year and she is forgetting lots of everyday things
I'm sorry to hear that your friend is struggling with memory loss at the moment. While this is not listed as a common side effect of Tagrisso (osimertnib) there is some information about this on the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation website that recommends that anyone who experiences "changes in mental processes such as confusion, memory loss, and reduced ability to concentrate" should contact their lung cancer team as soon as they are able to.
If your friend has not already made her specialists aware of this issue, then do encourage her to get in touch with them and let them know that they can investigate this further if necessary.
