My mum has the BRAF mutation gene. 

Over a year ago she had colon cancer and beat it with Chemo. 

1 year on and after a check up the results were back that she had liver cancer. 

We have been told its not curable as the tumors were too big and there was more than one and there was cancer in some of her lymph nodes. The plan was to try and skink the tumours with chemo. 

After a few weeks waiting for chemo to start she became more and more in pain and lots of sickness. 

Last Monday she was admitted to hospital and after days of them thinking she had a chest infection they did a CT and told us the largest tumour in her liver has grown from 8cm to 18cm and it had spread to her lungs. 

They have given us months. They said she will be lucky to get to christmas. They are going to try chemo but only to possibly give her quality of life not to prolong her life. 

Please if anyone can give any advice and if there is anyway to save her please help.
