I know from experience just how hard this can be to take, when all you're doing is your best for your husband. Unfortunately, the way he is feeling can cause his temper to be on a short fuse. I constantly get accused of 'nagging' my hubby at times like this and am now used to the regular outbursts, when I'm trying to look after his welfare. It's hard not to take these personally, but I have to bite my tongue an remind myself that it's not him - it's the illness.

I hope that his blood results will show an improvement and that his jaundice continues to get better too.
