My husband has the same diagnosis, we were told exactly a year ago. He has been on immunotherapy since July last year and, so far, is doing well. The immunotherapy is slowing it down and giving us more time together. We do as much as possible while we can and make the most of every day. It has been difficult to get my head round it, especially when he’s still reasonably well, having said that he does get very tired. Simple days out, doing normal things helps us both cope.  We book a few days away, at an adult only place close to us, and both of us sleep a lot while there. We don’t go far any more so we can get to doctors/hospital if necessary. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out, there is loads of help available.
