I know you must be contending with so many thoughts and emotions at the moment, especially with your wedding on the horizon, but if you can try not to let your mind run away from you. Much easier said than done, I know, but I hope this information we have on coping with cancer and managing anxiety will help to calm your mind whilst you process your mum's diagnosis.

The positive of all of this is that the cancer has been found and a treatment plan is now in place.
