My thoughts are with you and your friend. Have you had any news from your friend since? Do you know if the operation to remove the tumour went well? I really hope that all went ok and that the recovery won't be too difficult.
I can imagine this is such an anxious time for you and I just wanted you to know you are not alone and many members of our community will understand how you are feeling and what you are going through.
