  • Hello Matthew29

I'm so sorry to hear about your Mum and Dad's diagnoses and that, having lost your Mum a few years ago, you're now caring for your Dad, who is at the end of his life. It is understandable that this may have left you feeling a rollercoaster of thoughts and emotions at times.

I hope that your Dad and you are being well supported at home by the district nurses, GP and palliative care team.

Hopefully you will be able to connect with other members here who have found themselves in similar circumstances. In the meantime, if it would help to chat things through with one of our nurses you're welcome to call them. They're available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can.

Keep in touch Matthew29 if it helps to have a safe space to put down in writing how you're feeling, ask questions or chat with others. We're here for you.

    Best wishes,
