My husband cancer . And how can I help him

My husband was diagnosed with bladder cancer just last Friday so he has no idea if it’s spread he has a lot of tests to go for . But I was wondering can someone help me with this he has started complaining with a dead leg which keeps him awake at night he has tried paracetamol and ibuprofen also a heat pad which don’t help . Has anyone got any suggestions what he can do to get a sleep .thank you

    I’m sorry to say that Im in the same boat as you as supporting my Husband who is undergoing diagnosis for probable lung cancer gone into neck/ spine. One feels so helpless when they are sleep deprived which just makes the pain even more horrible. I’m trying to work out how best to use the Co codomol tablets …taking 8 within the 24 hours but not really helping. Will follow your thread with interest…and hope. x
