Welcome to Cancer Chat Garr,
Problems with mobility can be a side effect of treatment, but there is advice to manage this in the information on our website around treatment for brain tumours and living with a brain tumour. Your wife's doctor might be able to suggest something to improve these. Also, if you or your wife would like to talk to our team of cancer nurses about anything you can call them on the free helpline 0808 800 4040. Lines open 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.
I hope this helps and that the forum will be useful to you,

My husband also were diagnosed with grade 4 Gliobladtoma , had craniotomy to debulk the tumour, then 6 weeks of Radiotherapy + chemotherapy, unfortunately chemo stopped after 4 weeks due to stress and before the last radio treatment, he’s been on anti seizure tablets since he had a minor seizure a month ago, however another nasty seizure happened and ended up at the hospital now. They still keep giving him the steroids and this believed will reduce the swollen and inflammation at his brain but will weaken his leg muscle, he cannot sit up nor walk anymore after this nasty seizure , the seizure as I were told it’s the possible side effect from the Chemo therapy, my husband’s case is not very positive atm, I do hope you have the appropriate help and support as I found it so tough to deal with tbh
