So hubby in hospital awaiting discharge assessment ....much to his frustration not being done quick enough  ...

Then i find out he had fallen last night and I wasnt informed by ward staff but by another specialist nurse calling about assessment?

Truly shocked at the poor communication 

And has for receiving bad news no

I truly hope others dont go through this but if you do reach out for help and support Cruk and or Macmillian ...because it really is too much on your own....
