Hello JoBudge, 

I am so sorry to hear that your dad has pancreatic cancer and that his voice has changed - that must be a bit odd for you if he suddenly sounds like Barry White! I am not sure really what may have caused these voice changes especially if he is not having treatment. I could not find voice issues listed as one of the symptoms of pancreatic cancer but it's definitely worth flagging this with his medical team as it's a new symptom and not something you would normally expect.
