Husband recently diagnosed with MPN. Has anyone else had this?

Hi my husband was diagnosed a week ago with MPN .

I was not with him when he was told and they basically gave him a booklet to read and some chemo meds . We do t go back until 2nd sept . My heads all over place !! I have so many questions and no one to answer them . Does anyone on here have this or know anything about it ? TIA
