Penectomy

My husband has recently had a full penectomy (1 week ago)

but is now finding it almost impossible to sit down and consequently

spending a lot of time lying down.It is also stopping him from getting to

appointments as he can't sit in the car.

Can anyone reccomend a suitalbe cushion for sitting on, he has one

but it is to hard and the shape seems wrong.
