What can I expect next? Mum diagnosed with advanced bile duct cancer. Stent fitted has caused issues and she's sleeping constantly

I’m new here, but only 3 weeks ago, my mum was diagnosed with bile duct cancer that has spread to the liver and lymph nodes. She had a procedure done last week to insert a stent to help with the jaundice caused by the blockage caused by the tumour, but after 48 hours she took a turn for the worst and is now fighting sepsis too. It’s come to light the stent may not be doing its job, and for the past 5 days, my mum has slept constantly, and on the rare occasions she is awake for even 5 minutes, she’s so confused. She’s not able to hold up her own water bottle at this point. The doctors are looking at trying to fit a drain and maybe another stent, but what can I expect next? Is this the beginning of the end? I’m so scared of loosing her
