Sorry for my ignorance but what does poorly differentiate lung adenocarcinoma mean is it a cancer? 

I'm so sorry to read your post. 

Its heart breaking and how scared you must be feeling right now is horrible and I can relate to how you feel.

The shock of the news is so hard to get your head around. 

I hope you and your partner can talk openly with each other. 

I don't know about you but I feel so alone right living with my husband who has cancer but I'm not alone as we have a huge friendship circle , but my head space and thoughts i feel alone. 

Lots of time thinking can put you in a sad unhappy place.
