Caring for my husband - after being in remission last year, we've just found out my husband's cancer has started growing again. Struggling to process this news.

My husband was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer last year in January, he had a course of chemo and that helped the cancer to go into Remission,  hower his latest scan yesterday showed that had started growing again , he be now getting 18 rounds of chemo .my husband is struggling to process this new information   and as a family we are all trying to be positive , any tips and advise on how we can deal with this

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm very sorry to hear of the situation with your husband - this must be a lot to deal with and I'm sure it is incredibly difficult.

    I can see you have also posted elsewhere on the forum and received some supportive replies from others, which is great.

    Take care of yourself and keep speaking to others around you for support as much as possible - including friends and family, people on this forum, and also those involved in your husband's care.
