Welcome to the Cancer Chat community DM888 although I'm sorry to hear your wife has just been diagnosed with CUP in her abdomen. This must be a very difficult time.

I hope you'll find this information we have about cancer of the unknown primary, palliative care and dying with cancer to be useful but for further information and advice it would be best to give cancer nurses a call on 0808 800 4040. Their helpline is open Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m and they will do all they can to answer your questions and support you both at this very difficult time.

I hope some of our members will share some of their experiences and insight with you soon as well but in the meantime DM888, we are sending all our support to you and your wife and wishing her all the best with her endoscopy and the start of her chemo in 2 weeks time.
