My friend wad diagnosed with ovarian cancer 4 weeks ago

  • Hi, my friend wad diagnosed with ovarian cancer 4 weeks ago via a CT scan. When the surgeon operated she could not find the right ovary but then diagnosed bowel cancer and omentum. She has been told she can't have further surgery only Chemo. Will this "cure" her please. She is aged 61. Thank you.

    Unfortunately it's very difficult to advise on your question. It's only the medical team involved in her care who can do this, so hopefully you can get more information about this soon.
