I'm sorry to hear about your Mum's diagnosis. It's understandable that this may be a worrying time for you.
Do talk with her care team about the swelling in her legs and lips that you've noticed. This may be related to medication that she is perhaps taking or it may be that the doctors feel there is something they would like to prescribe to help make her more comfortable.
If your Mum is under the care of the local palliative care team or the district nurses, you could also chat with them about your concerns but do give her GP or Consultant (if she is still seeing one regularly) a call.
