My sister has cancer in both her lungs, oesophagus and the top of her spine she is now starting to get very confused and disoriented. It is so hard when I see her to not be alarmed by her behaviour It hurts so much. I know she is at the end of life and this is common. I just want to say to everyone although it's hard just keep going with wonderful memories of the past and remember they loved you
