Hi ,my brother last week was diagnosed with bowel liver,spine and lung cancer and it's terminal but since then he's taken a rapid decline. My brother has always been a private person and would go mad if he knew u was here but I'm at my wits end . He's so thin as he can't eat and the anti sickness tablet knock him out and can't do anything to help I feel so helpless. We all go down to see him siblings,nieces,nephews even grandchildren but he's nit responding to any if us just cluless what to do.
