My husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer that had spread to his liver and other places. We have been told that it is inoperable and has been started on Chemo every 2 weeks for 12 s ons. They have said it is palliative chemo and could help to give him more time. The problem we have is that his head is telling him not to eat and he is finding it so hard to eat solid foods, he d it is like a gate comes down and stops him from swallowing any food. I make him smoothies and he has Ensure drinks but still suffers a lot with trapped wind which he says is so painful. He take eon with everything he eats but still suffers badly, I have tried every food I can think of but he just can’t eat.  Does anyone have advice on what to take to relive the pain and hopefully give h is appetite back
