Question about metastatic growth on kidney

My dad has recently been for an appointment it appears he has a metastatic growth on left kidney . It says Leibovich score 6  and Imdc risk favourable can you explain what this is please . Checked his nhs account and letter we have received is not currently with gp . It says he needs a blood kidney test prior to next scan
