Expectations - partner has been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. Due to have chemo and radiotherapy next week

Hi my name is Ria my partner has been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer he is due to start chemotherapy and radiotherapy next week we don't live together and I can only be present for some treatments was wondering if anyone could give lived advice on what to expect etc and I was going to make up a care package thing any ideas?

    I'm sorry to hear that your partner has been diagnosed with lung cancer. It's naturally a worrying time for you both and understandable that you want to be prepared to support him as best you can as he starts treatment next week.
