  • Hello Suze13

I'm sorry to hear about your Dad's recent diagnosis of lung cancer. It's understandable that you're feeling confused by some of the information and what to expect. Does your Dad have any other appointments with the team or have you been given contact details for a cancer nurse specialist? Don't be afraid to contact them to ask for some clarification on Dad's condition and prognosis.

We do have some information about lung cancer on our website that may be of help to you. If it would help to talk through some of your questions with our team of nurses you're welcome to give them a call. They're available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays) on 0808 800 4040. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice and support they can.

I hope that you can find the answers you're looking for Suze13 and that your Dad, and you, are well supported by health professionals.

    Best wishes,
