Moving from NHS England to Scotland

my mum currently lives in London and I’m in Scotland, currently waiting on a biopsy on NHS England. If a positive diagnosis is received I would need her to move in with me in Scotland, but I’m worried will this slow down her treatment?

anyone know how I would even go about this.

any advice would be much appreciated

Oh dear.
Few, if any, of the NHS systems in England are connected - as an IT professional working with the NHS, I sorely wish they were.
Print off anything you can get access to and you might have a fighting chance.
My family experience of cross border working isn’t great. Primary and Emergency Care access is all an English person in Scotland is entitled to.

Wow that’s awful, I can’t understand why someone in charge of the Trust thinks it’s ok to cherry pick what elements of the NHS your son has access to.
I hope your son is ok!

It was a while ago now, but it still rankles.
The problem lay with the Ayrshire & Arran Health Board.
