I'm sorry to hear about your Mum's diagnosis. It sounds like it's a difficult time for you both and understandable that you may be worried as her condition deteriorates. 

Do you have any support from the community palliative care team, district nurses, or GP? Do talk to them about your concerns. They will be best placed to support your Mum, and you, whilst you care for her.

Hello the district nurses have only been 3 times they have cancelled last minute a couple of times i have been looking after mum 24/7 i sleep on the couch as mum has a bed downstairs she was up all night last night with mum she is very confused agitated and sometimes aggressive i feel i am not getting any support although i have been told mums cancer is terminal they have said that macmillan nurses and pallative care wont be put in place at this moment in time

I'm really sorry to hear that you're struggling without any regular support at the moment. Please do get in touch with your Mum's GP surgery tomorrow and explain that you need some help.
