I am sorry to hear that you have lymphoedema after breast cancer surgery. There is information on our website on treating lymphoedema with a section on manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) or specialised massage for lymphoedema. I think it would be worth talking to your doctor or a lymphoedema specialist about what type of massage would work best for your breast as they will be able to advise you and perhaps you could benefit from the guidance of a lymphoedema specialist to make sure it's done in the right way.
