Hi 

My estranged Husband announced to me yesterday (as we are separated now over 4 years ) that he has had biopsies done on his lymph nodes and is awaiting results 

I have seen no proof of this however 

Now he is asking for a divorce and wants half the money from our marital home that I still live in with his 15 year old Daughter, he has a one bedroom flat close by 

This is causing me terrible angst and anxiety 

Do I need to see a Solicitor about this ?
