The unexpected appointment was horrible.  They have found secondary bone cancer in multiple places.  Nightmare and we have gone from "we can cure it" to "we will try to prolong your life" in one minute.  She is being so brave but she was sleeping so badly even before this latest blow.

That is not the news anybody would want and I'm so sorry you are going through this nightmare ,all I can say is by reading posts on here I've heard of peoples lives being prolonged for years by various treatments ,I hope someone sees your post who is in the same position and gets in touch with their own story ,this site will help long term so try to stay in touch for advice and a listening ear .
