A warm welcome to our forum. You have a right to be upset and angry about this long delay - it's a long time to have to wait for treatment. Your poor dad battling cancer a 3rd time in different places; he must be exhausted and the delays in the treatment plan really don't help. 

It can be so hard for family, friends and carers to witness all this and it's easy to feel powerless when things don't go accordingly to plan, when treatment is delayed and I really hope that now that he has finally started his treatment for melanoma that it will go well for him and be effective.
