A very warm welcome to the forum Sable although I'm sorry to hear your husband has ben struggling with his appetite since having his bowel tumour removed 3 weeks ago. This must be a very difficult time for you both, especially as your husband wants to eat and recover quickly.
I hope this information we have on managing diet problems and tips for putting on weight will help, but if you'd like to discuss this further with one of our cancer nurses, you can give them a call on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m. They're very knowledgeable in this field, and will do all they can to help.
I'm sure some of our members will share their suggestions and advice with you soon but in the meantime, we're thinking of you Sable and sending all our support your way.
Best wishes to you both,
