Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm so sorry to hear of the situation with your sister - this sounds incredibly difficult.

Without being involved or knowing more, it's a little difficult to advise. I'm sure your sister knows you are there for her, and appreciates this. We have some general guidance about supporting someone with cancer, but I appreciate this is general and may not all be appropriate.
