Primary Bile duct cancer with liver secondary’s and in lymph nodes.

Hi; 

Im not sure where to start other than my 82 year old has just been diagnosed with Primary Bile duct cancer with Secodary Liver cancer that has spread to his lymph nodes. 
We have an appointment this Monday coming to find out possible treatments if any . Cutting the cancer out is not poosible so the prognois Is not good.
