So sorry that you feel like this .I feel the same quite often. It’s as if everything is someone else’s responsibility these days.

I found McMillan at our local hospital brilliant at linking us into other services , worth a try , it is a start , here if i can help

Have you tried McMillan Coll62 i found they would at least listen where others wouldn't . We are also going to try Let's Talk via South Tyneside Council to see what they can offer, Help is out there but no one tells you where, I will help however i / we can

Sister passed this morning in local Tyneside hospice , little pain to begin then peacefully holding family hand.
