help - 5 years on and husband's cancer has returned in his other lung, they say nothing more can be done

my husband had lung cancer five years ago got operated on and all was well but over five months ago cancer returned in his other lung but radiotherapy didnt work as now his cancer has spread in the same lung he had heart surgery over two years ago and got a cows valve but now they wont give him anything else because they feel his heart wont manage pallative care is seeing him tomorrow but he hardly eats cant walk great if he is static he seems fine the coughing stays away what can anybody do
